A recognised qualification: university degree (PhD, Master’s, Bachelor’s), associate degree (Ön Lisans), vocational school certificate (Meslek Lisesi), journeyman’s certificate (Kalfalık Belgesi under Law No. 3308), or an equivalent professional qualification. Additionally: German language at least B1 (B2 in healthcare) and a valid passport. Candidates without a formal qualification are also welcome to apply — HRC will assess each case individually. HRC coordinates recognition, visa, and job placement.
On average 4–8 months, depending on profession, recognition process, and visa office. With the §81a accelerated procedure, it can be faster. HRC coordinates all steps in parallel.
HRC Global provides paid process services: document preparation, coordination of the recognition process, language course coordination, visa consultation, and relocation support. Matching candidates with suitable German employers is a complimentary add-on within these services — it is not offered as a standalone service without booked process packages.
HRC generally recommends recognition, even if it is not legally required for some professions. German employers prefer candidates with formal recognition — it significantly facilitates matching. HRC coordinates the entire recognition process.
Yes, after entry and obtaining a residence permit, you can apply for family reunification. Requirements: sufficient living space, proof of financial support, and if applicable, German language skills (A1) for the spouse. HRC also assists with the housing search.
The Kalfalık Belgesi (journeyman’s certificate under Law No. 3308, Article 16 / 16. Madde) is the only Turkish vocational certificate accepted for formal Anerkennung in Germany. Important: only a document that explicitly references Article 16 of Law No. 3308 qualifies — certificates issued under other laws (e.g. Law No. 35) or other articles do not. Via §16d AufenthG, you can enter Germany and complete full recognition on-site. HRC verifies your document and guides you through the entire process.
