Request Intake and Scope Definition
The employer request is received and a position profile is created. Qualification criteria, region, language requirement, and start date are documented. A request number and case file are generated.
Source Screening and Pre-Selection
Candidates matching request criteria are sourced from partner networks in Turkey and India. Document verification, professional reference checks, and readiness score calculation are performed for each candidate.
Recognition and Legal Assessment
Evaluation of candidate documents under German recognition legislation (§81a FEinwG). Identification of the competent authority, compilation of application documents, and tracking of the recognition process.
Language Preparation and Certification
A training plan is created according to the target language level. Goethe-Institut or telc certification coordination. Industry-specific technical German modules are conducted in parallel.
Employer Matching and Contract
Candidates with completed recognition enter the employer shortlist. Interview coordination, job offer (Einstellungszusage) preparation, and contract process management.
Visa and Entry Procedures
Determination of work visa type, embassy appointment coordination, visa application file preparation. Flight and entry logistics planning.
Deployment and 90-Day Integration
Housing coordination, Anmeldung registration, Krankenkasse activation. Employer integration and 90 days of active support on both candidate and employer sides.
